Michael Kors
Michael Kors’ global gift-with-purchase program was being managed through spreadsheets across multiple markets, which slowed down ordering and left regional teams without shared visibility into inventory, order status, or fulfillment timelines. LR Paris addressed both sides of the challenge: designing a collection of high-quality, brand-aligned gifts, and building a custom ordering platform, a microsite, where global teams could browse the catalog, place orders, and track fulfillment in real time.
This combined approach replaced manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with a streamlined, scalable system, giving Michael Kors a gifting program that runs consistently across markets and seasons while strengthening brand control.
AMEX Offers
AMEX Offers needed a branded activation that translated its “Advertising Powered by Membership” message into a physical, shareable experience for a large internal audience. The challenge was building a fully immersive environment, not just signage, that felt cohesive across multiple zones while staying true to brand colors and tone. LR Paris managed the project end-to-end: concept, design, production, and on-site event execution.
We created a tropical-themed activation spanning a balloon arch entrance, a branded tiki bar serving coconut drinks, a wave-graphic photo backdrop, and custom Hawaiian shirts for staff. Every element, from surfboards to pillows to signage, was designed and produced in-house, then installed and run on-site, giving AMEX Offers a turnkey experience that drove engagement and consistent brand presence throughout the event.
Prada
To support the global launch of Infusion de Rhubarbe, Prada Beauty needed a seeding kit that could do more than deliver a fragrance — it had to embody it. The brief called for a premium, multi-sensory experience that captured the scent’s bright, playful energy and landed with impact across 17 markets and 1,660 influencers worldwide.
Our team conceived and produced a bespoke kit built around the idea of a cocktail moment — a nod to the fragrance’s crisp, botanical character. A polished gunmetal cocktail shaker engraved with the Prada Beauty logo anchors the set, accompanied by a twisted bar spoon, double jigger, and three branded steel ice cubes — each piece precision-fitted into a sage-green presentation box with a clean, architectural foam insert. The Les Infusions de Prada fragrance box sits alongside a custom rhubarbe-inspired recipe booklet, tying the olfactory and the experiential into a single coherent narrative. From concept development to global production and fulfillment, every detail was managed end-to-end to ensure a seamless, on-brand launch moment at scale.
Marriott Bonvoy
Marriott Bonvoy needed a gift worthy of their most loyal members — those who had earned Lifetime Platinum Elite status — delivered at global scale without sacrificing the premium feel the milestone deserved. The challenge was exacting: design a high-quality, brand-consistent gift with a memorable unboxing experience, produced and shipped cost-effectively across international markets to the tune of 100,000 kits.
Our team created a bespoke gift kit featuring two custom leather luggage tags. The first is crafted from black full-grain leather and engraved with “Lifetime Platinum”. The second features an original city-map pattern in warm coral, sky blue, and gold, finished with a contrasting terracotta leather loop.
The tags are presented in a precision-cut black foam insert within a matte black box. A personalized congratulatory card and brand information panel complete the experience.
Louis XIII
Louis XIII sought a gift packaging experience worthy of their most discerning clients — one that honored the cultural significance of the Mid-Autumn Festival while reflecting the maison’s uncompromising standard of luxury. The brief called for food-grade packaging that would feel less like a box and more like an event.
Our packaging and design team conceived a bespoke lantern box that comes to life the moment it is opened. Drawing on the rich visual language of the Mid-Autumn Festival — lanterns, gold cloud motifs, cherry blossoms — the interior transforms into an immersive tableau of crimson and gold. A hidden drawer, lined and precisely engineered, cradles an assortment of exquisite mooncakes, turning the act of gifting into a layered, ceremonial experience. Every detail, from the fleur-de-lis emblem to the matte lacquer finish, was crafted to feel like an extension of the Louis XIII legacy.
La Mer
La Mer wanted to gift their most valued clients something that felt genuinely considered — a Spring moment that was warm, experiential, and unmistakably on-brand. The brief called for a memorable seasonal gift with the craftsmanship of a luxury object, delivered thoughtfully within budget.
Our team designed and produced a bespoke picnic basket that translates La Mer’s signature green into a full outdoor living experience. Handwoven wicker is paired with rich forest-green leather hardware, gold-tone clasps, and an adjustable striped canvas shoulder strap — elegant enough to display, practical enough to use. Inside, a green-and-white striped lining holds everything in place: custom La Mer branded plates secured by leather cross-straps, matte gold cutlery, and engraved brass cups — each piece a small expression of the brand’s refined sensibility. The complete set arrives in a deep green presentation box, making the gifting moment as considered as the gift itself.
J.Crew
J.Crew sought something far beyond branded merchandise — a collector’s object that could translate the brand’s preppy-meets-refined DNA into a tangible, handcrafted experience. The challenge was to harmonize three distinct materials into a single cohesive design, achieve a precise PMS color match, and deliver a piece that felt as considered as it was playful.
Our artisans developed a bespoke domino set that elevates a classic game into an objet de désir. Each tile is crafted from lacquered wood and finished with 30 hand-applied layers of varnish — a process that demands patience and rewards it with a depth of finish that catches light like lacquerware. Brass detailing adds warmth and precision, while an exact PMS color match in J.Crew’s signature hunter green ensures every piece is unmistakably on-brand. The full set rests in a velvet-lined jewelry box with brass hardware, itself housed in a custom mailer with a reinforced insert designed to protect the pieces through global distribution. The outer shipping box — lined in J.Crew’s signature stripe — turns even the delivery moment into part of the brand story.
Harry Winston
Harry Winston required retail packaging that could meet rigorous sustainability standards without sacrificing a single element of the luxury experience. The challenge was exacting: develop a solution that performs beautifully across global markets, upholds the house’s premium aesthetic, and takes a meaningful step toward environmental responsibility.
Following extensive rounds of research and development, our team engineered a premium shopping bag that answers both demands without compromise. Crafted from oxy-degradable materials, the bag requires no special disposal — breaking down naturally through exposure to the elements, leaving no trace behind. Yet in hand, it feels unmistakably Harry Winston: deep navy, gold-foil monogram, rope handles, and a generous satin bow that transforms the simplest retail moment into a gesture of luxury. The same rigour applied to the broader gift ecosystem — from the jewelry-motif candle vessel and its structured box to the smoked crystal champagne flutes nestled in navy presentation cases, and the silk scarves bearing the house’s botanical print — each piece developed to the same standard of material excellence and brand coherence.
Guggenheim Museum
The Guggenheim Museum sought merchandise that could do what great design always does — carry meaning beyond its function. The brief was to create retail-quality products that let visitors take home a piece of the museum itself, reflecting its iconic architectural identity without reducing it to mere memorabilia.
Our team drew directly from Frank Lloyd Wright’s celebrated spiral as the creative foundation, translating its sweeping, layered geometry into a cohesive ceramic collection — mugs, teapots, sugar bowls, and salt and pepper shakers — each bearing the building’s signature ribbed contour in pure white porcelain. The restraint of the palette was intentional: form over decoration, letting the architecture speak for itself. Each piece was paired with thoughtfully designed packaging, with distinct color treatments per product to enhance visual appeal and create an unboxing experience worthy of the museum shop floor.
EDITION Hotels
EDITION Hotels sought a signature scent designed to unify its properties worldwide through a single, cohesive sensory identity—one that was as considered in its aesthetics as it was in its execution. The brief demanded more than a fragrance; it required a complete product ecosystem, including custom vessels, packaging, and a global logistics framework capable of performing flawlessly across every location.
Balancing beauty with functionality, our team developed a bespoke collection of candles and diffusers featuring an understated black-on-black aesthetic and subtle tone-on-tone branding. Intended to feel quietly confident rather than overtly stated, every detail was carefully considered. From wax performance and wick engineering to vessel construction and fragrance development, each element was refined to meet the exacting standards of a world-class hospitality brand. By consolidating production and logistics under a single partner, we streamlined operations and eliminated the complexity of managing multiple vendors, allowing EDITION to focus on delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a consistent brand experience across its global portfolio.
