Elevated Gift Kit for Lifetime Platinum Elite Members
Marriott Bonvoy needed a gift worthy of their most loyal members — those who had earned Lifetime Platinum Elite status — delivered at global scale without sacrificing the premium feel the milestone deserved. The challenge was exacting: design a high-quality, brand-consistent gift with a memorable unboxing experience, produced and shipped cost-effectively across international markets to the tune of 100,000 kits.
Our team created a bespoke gift kit featuring two custom leather luggage tags. The first is crafted from black full-grain leather and engraved with “Lifetime Platinum”. The second features an original city-map pattern in warm coral, sky blue, and gold, finished with a contrasting terracotta leather loop.
The tags are presented in a precision-cut black foam insert within a matte black box. A personalized congratulatory card and brand information panel complete the experience.
